Day 7 Recap

Well we made it a week. Weight is at 177 even. I felt really sick last night, stomach upsetness and a headache hit me pretty hard. Possibly delayed keto flu since I wasn't eating enough last week to trigger it? Slept about 8 hours and woke up feeling mostly better, though my stomach was still kind of upset.

Since we have lost 10 pounds and it's been a week, let's redo our macros. Old Macros at the top, new Macros at the bottom.

Pretty close to the same, which we expected, but we are starting to reduce some numbers. Most of what I care about changing here is the limit on calories - it's almost impossible for me to hit under on calories and somehow have too much fat.
